Construction {निर्माण}: -

Lining {परत} : - hose ka lining Uniform kiya jaata hai jo ki extra thick tube natural/synthetic/blend rubber compound se lining kiya jaata hai jo ki excellent abrasion resistance  porosity and other defects ko handle kar sake and free from air blisters ho.

Reinforcement {बलवृद्धि}: -

रबर से बने हुए sheets jo की Natural / Synthetic यार्न की high strength se bani होती हैं hose  ko strength deti hai yaani balvruddhi dete hai।

Cover : hose ko cover kiya jaata hai Suitable rubber compound aur cloth marked finish se, jo ki resistant to abrasion and weather ho.

abrasion ka matlab jo ki scrap resistance aur wear resistance ho in short form jaldi kharab na ho. 

weather resistant ka matlab jo ki weather conditions se kharab na ho chahe baarish se ho ya suraj ke effects se.

Electrical Bonding {विद्युत संबंध}: - Ek copper wire embedded kiya jaata hai between the reinforcement plies jo ki sheets hai unke beech mai . Hose ke andar elictricity ko continue karne ke liye ye copper wire embeed karna jaroori hai.

Core: - Hose ka core jo Black colour hota hai, Synthetic ya natural rubber blend se banta hai aur abrasion resistant hota hai.

Bore: - jo hole rehta hai hose ke andar usko bore kaha jaata hai jo ki bohot smooth rehta hai.

Lining material: - NR/SBR Resistant ho jo  ki passage of Abrasive and Corrosive Products ko support karta ho aur Hardness- 50 to 60 Shore A hota hai us material ka.

Coating Material: - jo hamne coating kiya hai hose pe wo Resistance to Severe and Bad Weather hota hai.

Temperature: - hose jo temperature ko bear kar sakta 1 Deg C se 100 Deg C tak.
